Replace FM25V20A, ferroelectric memory SF25C25 for generator excitation system

As we all know, ferroelectric memory can be used in generator excitation system, the real-time data recording and parameter display module of excitation system needs large capacity memory that supports power-down saving, and ferroelectric memory is used to store switching and analog quantities in case of faults, in order to display and analyze the faults.

With an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and a minimum standby power consumption of only 9 microamps, it is able to instantly save data at low currents to ensure information security in the system. It has a great advantage in a real-time data storage scheme like generator excitation system.
