GX4051 can replace TI‘s TMUX4051 in the application of large-scale energy storage systems

With the growing demand for new energy and the rapid development of renewable energy, energy storage system has become an important part of the new energy field, and lithium battery management system (BMS) is the core component of the energy storage system.GXSC provides engineers with a total BMS solution.

GXSC 1: 8-channel, with a wide voltage range of 2.7~16V analog switch GX4051, pin-compatible with the industry‘s common 4051, 4052 multiplexer. It can operate with a single (3V to 16V), dual (±8V) or asymmetrical power supply. Its wide supply voltage range makes it widely used in applications ranging from battery testers to household appliances.
The GX4051 features the following:
- Single supply voltage range: 2.7V to 16V
- Dual supply voltage range: up to ±8V
- Low on-resistance: 60Ω
- Low capacitance: 3pF
-40°C to +125°C operating temperature
- Compatible with 1.8V logic levels
- ESD protection HBM: 2000V
- Pin-compatible with industry-standard 4051 and 4052 multiplexers

The GX4051 supports bi-directional analog signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins ranging from Vss to Ali logic inputs with a low logic compatibility threshold, which is compatible for TTL and CMOS logic when operating at an effective supply voltage. Application areas include analog multiplexing and multiplexed signal separation, factory automation and control, energy storage systems, battery test equipment, medical equipment, building automation, grid infrastructure, and more.
