GX2245 (Replaces LTC2245) for Harsh Imaging and Communication Applications

Time:2024-07-16 Views:528
In wireless communication systems or imaging systems there are many quantities are analog, in order to achieve the measurement, operation and control of these analog quantities, the system needs a process of mutual conversion between analog and digital quantities, and this task is done by the ADC.
Highlighted here is the GXSC GX2245, which is a 14-bit 10MSPS, low-power 3V single-supply analog-to-digital converter that replaces ADI‘s LTC2245 for digitizing high-frequency, wide-dynamic-range signals. the GX2245 is ideally suited for demanding imaging and communications applications, with AC performance that includes a 73dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a Nyquist domain clutter-free Nyquist domain of 88dB. Its AC performance includes 73dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and 88dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) in the Nyquist domain.
DC performance includes ±1LSB INL (typical), ±0.5LSB DNL (typical), and full temperature range with no lost codes. Conversion noise is as low as 1.3 LSBRMS, and a single 3V supply supports low-power operation. Separate output power supplies support outputs driving 0.5V to 3.3V logic. Single-ended CLK input controls converter operation. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance operation with clock duty cycle over the full speed range.
 Key Performance:
● 3V analog supply power supply, 3V digital supply power supply
● Flexible input range: 1V P-P to 2V P-P
● 0.5V to 3.3V output power supply
● Low power consumption: 60mW (10MSPS)
● 10MHz sampling, 2.5MHz input: signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) 77dBFS, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR): 82dB
● Differential non-linearity (DNL): ±0.25LSB (typical)
● Reference noise at input: 0.96LSB RMS
● On-chip reference voltage source and sample-and-hold circuitry
● QFN-32 package 5mm x 5mm
● Replaces ADI‘s LTC2245.
