GX2S1210 compatible AD2S1210 for new energy electric vehicle motor control sensor

Time:2024-03-21 Views:961
Rotary transformer is the most critical motor controller sensors, as a time-varying strong coupling device, its input signal has high requirements, and its output analog signal due to the phase shift to the motor to introduce interference and can not be directly adopted by the upper control machine to use, it must be used in a well-designed, calibrated and verified signal interface circuit processing, in order to achieve its analog signals and control system digital signals between the conversion of each other. This type of interface circuit is dedicated to the analog/digital converter of the resolver, i.e. RDC.

GXSC GX2S1210 is a rotary transformer signal output/detection chip, the chip resolution of 10bit, 12bit, 14bit, 16bit adjustable, the maximum accuracy of up to ± 2.5 arc minutes, and with a reference oscillator digital variable R / D converter, has now passed the AEC-Q100 reliability test, in line with the automotive field of reliability requirements.
GX2S1210 resolver product features:
1, ratio tracking conversion Type II tracking loop can continuously output position data without conversion delay. It also suppresses noise and provides harmonic distortion tolerance for reference and input signals.
2、System fault detection: Fault detection circuitry can detect the loss of rotary signals, out-of-range input signals, input signal mismatch or loss of position tracking. Each fault detection threshold can be individually programmed by the user to optimize for a specific application.
3, input signal range: sine and cosine inputs support differential input voltages of 3.15Vp-p ± 27%.
4, programmable excitation frequency: the excitation frequency can be easily set to a number of standard frequencies in the range of 2kHz to 20kHz.
5, 3 formats position data: through the 16-bit parallel port or 4-wire serial interface can access 10-bit to 16-bit absolute angular position data. Incremental encoder emulation uses the standard A-quad-B format and provides a direction output.
6, digital speed output: 16-bit parallel port or 4-wire serial interface can be accessed through the 10-bit to 16-bit signed digital velocity.
