GXSC 16-bit 500Msps DAC GX3363, Product Replacement for AD9747/AD9783

Time:2025-05-06 Views:136
The GX3363 is a 16-bit high dynamic range, dual-channel DAC with sampling rates up to 500 MSPS. with gain and distortion compensation, it can be interfaced with analog quadrature modulators. the GX3363 not only supports serial peripheral interfaces (SPI), but also supports a number of pin-programming features for applications without a controller.

GX3363 low noise and intermodulation distortion (IMD) to achieve high quality synthesis of broadband signals; GX3363 also supports a variety of output modes to enhance dynamic performance, as well as programmable current outputs and dual-assist DAC provides system flexibility and functionality enhancements, allowing the chip to be used in wireless infrastructure, broadband communications (point-to-point instrumentation), radio frequency (RF) signal generator, arbitrary waveform generators, etc.
Key performance profile:
- Low noise and intermodulation distortion
- Supports multiple output modes such as NRZ and RZ
- LVDS input with dual-port or optional interleaved single-port operation
- Differential analog current outputs programmable from 8.6 mA to 31.7 mA full-scale range
- 10-bit current-assist DAC with pull/pour function
- Internal 1.2 V precision reference voltage source
- Powered by 1.8 V and 3.3 V supplies; 345 mW power consumption
- Small footprint, RoHS-compliant, 72-pin LFCSP package
- Built-in self-calibration
