GX5108/5109 High-Speed LVDS Line Transmitter/Receiver with Signaling Rates up to 400Mbps

The GX5108/5109 are low voltage differential line receivers in a small transistor package. It supports signaling rates up to 400Mbps.

It is an LVDS-compliant receiver with differential LVDS input and LVTTL output, featuring low power consumption, low EMI, high ESD, and wide supply voltage range, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. 

The GX5108/5109 signaling rate: Transmitter: 630Mbps; Receiver: 400Mbps, SOT23-5 package, operating temperature range of -40 ℃ to 85 ℃. It is currently used in wireless infrastructure, telecommunication infrastructure, printers and other fields.

- Operating power supply: 2.4V to 3.6V

- Bus termination ESD over 9kV

- Propagation delay time: 1.7ns for transmitter; 2.5ns for receiver
