Compatible with AD7616, GX7616 meets the needs of multi-discipline applications

Time:2025-04-14 Views:166
Multi-channel synchronous data collectors usually need to process analog signals from many different sensors, such as voltage, current, temperature, pressure, light intensity and so on.

The analog electrical signals output from these sensors need to be converted to digital signals by an analog-to-digital converter before they can be recognized and processed by the main chips such as MCUs and DSPs. the GX7616 is a 16-bit data acquisition system with a built-in dual 16-bit SAR analog-to-digital converter that supports dual simultaneous sampling of 16 channels, with analog input clamping protection and analog filters integrated into every channel. The analog-to-digital converter also integrates flexible digital filters, a 2.5V precision reference voltage source and reference voltage buffer, and serial and parallel interfaces.
The GX7616 is powered by a single 5V supply and can handle true bipolar input signals in the ±10V, ±5V, ±2.5V, ±16V, ±8V, and ±1.6V input ranges, with each pair of channels supporting sampling at throughputs of up to 1MSPS and SNRs of up to 90dB; even higher SNR performance can be achieved by utilizing the on-chip oversampling mode, which provides 92dB of SNR at an oversampling rate (OSR) of 2; and 92dB of SNR at an OSR of 2; the GX7616 also features a flexible digital filter, 2.5V precision reference voltage source and reference voltage buffer, as well as serial and parallel interfaces. SNR of 92dB; input clamping protection circuit can withstand voltages up to ± 30V, ESD level up to 8kV; analog input impedance of 1MΩ, without the need for additional operational amplifiers to drive; GX7616 lower power consumption, compared with the AD7616 about 35mW lower, can meet the system‘s low-power requirements.
