Alternative to AD7606, GX7606 in Battery Chemistry

Time:2025-04-07 Views:221
Battery chemistries are a key step in the battery manufacturing process, which has an important impact on the performance, life and safety of the battery. The basic principle of battery formation is to establish an electrochemical reaction within the battery to enable reversible charge transfer between the positive and negative electrodes.

During the formation process, the battery undergoes a series of charging and discharging cycles to activate the battery materials and form a stable electrode interface, and to bring the battery to its design capacity. The chemosynthesis process usually consists of several stages, such as pre-charging, constant current charging, and constant voltage charging. Each stage has certain requirements for charging current and voltage to ensure that the battery can be fully charged and achieve optimal performance.
As the market demand for lithium batteries continues to grow, various battery manufacturers in the process of lithium battery charging and discharging current/voltage measurement of the error requirements have increased significantly, the entire measurement and control circuit of the amplifier, ADC/DAC, voltage reference error requirements have also increased. GXSC eight-channel 16-bit GX7606 with 200kSPS sampling rate is very suitable for this program, which is 100% hardware and software compatible with AD7606, and has the advantages of lower cost to achieve higher accuracy and higher power of the battery-operated program.

GX7606 for the 16-bit synchronous sampling chip, each chip has eight acquisition channels, can fully meet the system requirements for sampling, it has a flexible digital filter, 2.5V reference voltage source and high-speed parallel and serial interfaces, using a single 5V power supply, no longer need to be positive and negative power supply and support for true bipolar signal input. All channels can be sampled at rates up to 200kSPS.
