Replacement of OPA4354, four-channel 258MHz OPA OPA4354 in active filter application program

Time:2025-03-18 Views:434
Active filter is a new type of special equipment for power harmonic treatment made by modern power electronics technology and digital signal processing technology based on high-speed DSP devices.OPA‘s high gain, high input impedance and low output impedance are widely used in the design of filters, it can enhance the filtering performance, realize a variety of filtering functions, but also to enhance circuit stability.
The OPA4354 is designed for applications requiring wide bandwidth and is ideal for active filters. This OPA4354 replaces the OPA4354, and thanks to the patented high-voltage swing rate technology, the OPA4354 has a faster large-signal response and more stable convergence.
The OPA OPA4354 has a high gain characteristic that allows it to amplify the input signal while maintaining very low distortion. This characteristic is especially important in bandpass active filters. The OPA4354 is optimized for single- or dual-supply operation down to 2.7V (±1.35V) and up to 5.5V (±2.75V). The common-mode input range extends beyond the power supply range, and the output swing of the supply rails is within 100mV, thus supporting a wide dynamic range. Application benefits are described as follows:
- Unit gain bandwidth: 258MHz
- High bandwidth: 126MHz GBW
- High voltage swing: 233V/μs
- Low noise: 9.1nV/√Hz
- High output current: >100mA
- Differential gain: 0.02%; differential phase: 0.09°
- 0.1dB gain flatness: 40MHz
- Low input bias current: 3pA
- Quiescent current: 5mA
- Thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection
- Power supply range: 2.5V to 5.5V
