Distributed data acquisition systems are widely used in environmental monitoring, industrial Internet of Things, and other fields. The system collects sensor signals such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure from multiple monitoring points, and synchronously monitors the operating parameters of multiple devices in industrial sites. The front-end acquisition unit in a distributed data acquisition system requires multi-channel and synchronous sampling capabilities. The Guoxin Sichen 8-channel 16 bit analog-to-digital converter GX7606 can meet the system‘s data acquisition capabilities and can simultaneously perform high-precision and high-speed data acquisition on multiple analog signal sources.
GX7606 supports synchronous sampling, and each channel of the chip is equipped with analog input clamp protection, analog filters, and programmable gain amplifiers. The GX7606 integrates a digital filter, a 3.5ppm/℃ low drift 2.5V precision reference voltage source, and a 4.5V reference voltage buffer, supporting both parallel and serial interfaces.

Its 16 bit resolution and throughput rate of up to 200kSPS ensure high precision and real-time data collection, meeting the requirements for accurate and fast collection of large amounts of data in distributed systems, effectively reducing data errors and collection delays, and providing a reliable data foundation for subsequent data processing and analysis.
The GX7606 is powered by a single 5V power supply and supports true bipolar input ranges of ± 10V and ± 5V. It has a 1M Ω analog input impedance and input clamp protection that can withstand voltages up to ± 30V. The ESD level can reach 8kV. For applications with low throughput requirements, the GX7606‘s built-in oversampling mode and flexible digital filters can be used to improve noise performance.
In addition, GX7606 is also suitable for low-power applications. It adopts a single power supply working mode and has low power consumption, with a power consumption of only 80mW at 200kSPS. It is suitable for use in battery powered or distributed data acquisition systems with strict power consumption requirements, which can extend the system‘s working time and reduce operating costs.
