Replace FM25V01, GX85RS128 in vehicle antenna application

Time:2024-11-22 Views:475
Vehicle-mounted antennas often need to be configured with parameters according to different usage scenarios and needs, such as frequency range, gain settings, etc. The GX85RS128 can be used to configure the antenna for different applications. Ferroelectric memory can quickly and reliably store this configuration information, which will not be lost even when the vehicle power is turned off or there is an unexpected power failure. When the vehicle is restarted, the antenna is able to work quickly according to the previous configuration parameters, saving time and operational steps for resetting.

This paper introduces the ferroelectric memory GX85RS128 applied to vehicle antennas, the core technology of this GX85RS128 is the ferroelectric process and the silicon gate CMOS process technology to form a non-volatile memory cell. Its operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, the lowest standby power consumption of only 9 microamps, can be in the case of low-current reliable and non-delayed storage of data, to prevent data loss after power-down.
Vehicles are exposed to a variety of harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, vibration, electromagnetic interference, etc. while traveling. The ferroelectric memory GX85RS128 has good anti-interference capability and wide temperature operating range, which enables it to store data stably in these harsh environments. Compared with other types of memory, such as flash memory or EEPROM, ferroelectric memory has more advantages in the reliability of data storage, which can ensure the safe storage of antenna-related data.
