Application of GX1291 (ASC1291) in Portable ECG

Time:2024-11-12 Views:509
Real-time portable ECG monitoring can detect abnormal ECG signals in time and remind people to seek medical treatment in advance, so the ECG monitoring market has been very hot in recent years. This paper mainly introduces the related application of bioelectrical measurement front-end analog chip GX1291 in ECG, which can quickly complete the hardware design.
GX1291 single-lead ECG is a pair of ECG electrodes captured by a single ECG signal, applied in the product is common in the chest lead and two-handed lead, the chest lead is suitable for long time ECG monitoring, the longest general 14 days of continuous recording, two-handed lead is generally applicable to short-time real-time ECG measurement, compact size, easy to carry around, generally belong to the home with ECG recorder. Moreover, single-lead ECG can initially screen for premature heart beats, atrial fibrillation and various arrhythmic ECG manifestations.
The bioelectrical measurement front-end analog chip GX1291 integrates all the features of a portable low-power ECG application. The chip has a built-in single-channel 24-bit Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converter, programmable gain amplifier, internal reference and oscillator, and it has a flexible input mux that can be independently connected to internally-generated signals for test, temperature, and wire break detection.
This GX1291 is able to accurately receive and parse signals from pacemakers through highly sensitive input channels and powerful signal processing, flexibly transmit pacing signals to external monitoring components or send them back to the chip through off-chip pulse shaping circuits for pacing detection, providing physicians with reliable data for diagnosis and treatment decisions. This technology is critical for the monitoring and treatment of common diseases such as heart disease and brain disease.
