GXSC ferroelectric memory is a ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technology to form a non-volatile memory cell that retains contents even when power is lost. Combining the advantages of ROM and RAM, it features fast write speeds, low power consumption, and high read/write cycle endurance.
GXSC has now mass-produced the GX85RS2MC non-volatile memory product with high read/write endurance, high-speed write operation and low power consumption. In particular, with a guaranteed read/write cycle of 100,000 cycles, the read/write capability of the GX85RS2MC is much higher than that of non-volatile memory EEPROMs, and the GX85RS2MC has been used in a wide range of industrial applications that require frequent read/write operations, such as real-time data logging and 3D positioning data logging.

The GXSC ferroelectric memory can meet the needs of customers who are developing different storage capacities for industrial machinery. The GX85RS2MC is available in a small SOP8 package with a very small size, so if customers are using SOP8-packaged SRAMs and data backup batteries in their applications, they can replace them with the GX85RS2MC, which saves on installation area since no batteries are required.
GX85RS2MC main introduction:
1, GX85RS2MC‘s memory cell can be used for 1,000,000 reads and writes, data retention: 10 years @ 85°C (200 years @ 25°C), and data will not be lost when the device is powered down.
2, GX85RS2MC maximum power consumption is 5mA, standby current is only 7μA, can effectively reduce the power consumption of the device.
3, GX85RS2MC supports SPI serial interface and adopts SOP8 small package, which saves PCB board design space and is easy to layout.
4, GX85RS2MC working environment temperature range is -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, in line with the industrial environment applications.
5, GX85RS2MC performance is compatible with MB85RS2MT (Fujitsu) and FM25V20A (Cypress);
