High Speed LVDS Line Transmitter/Receiver for Wireless Infrastructure GX5108

Time:2024-08-19 Views:464
The GX5108 is a single-channel, low-voltage differential line driver in a small transistorized package that supports signal rates up to 630Mbps. The driver supports signal rates up to 630 Mbps, and provides a differential output voltage in excess of 250 mV at a 100 Ω load. The nominal supply voltage is 3.3V and the supported supply voltage range is 2.4V to 3.6V.

The GX5108‘s input signals are LVTTL signals and its outputs are LVDS signals. The LVDS signal operates at a level of 340mV at 1.2V common mode voltage.
When the GX5108 is used with a point-to-point connected LVDS receiver, the data or clock signals can be routed through PCB traces or cables to achieve very high transmission rates with very low electromagnetic emissions and power consumption. The device‘s low power consumption, low EMI, high ESD tolerance, and wide supply voltage range are ideal for battery-powered applications. The GX5108 operates over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
