The core technology of GX85RS2MC is the ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technology to form a non-volatile memory cell, which does not require a battery to hold data. It operates from 2.7V to 3.6V and has a minimum standby power consumption of only 9 microamps, which can instantly save data at low current to ensure information security in the system. Its application features are as follows:

1, GX85RS2MC‘s storage unit can be used for 1 million reads and writes, data retention: 10 years @ 85℃ (200 years @ 25℃), and data will not be lost when the device is powered down.

2, GX85RS2MC maximum power consumption is 5mA, standby current is only 7μA, can effectively reduce the power consumption of the device.

3, GX85RS2MC supports SPI serial interface and adopts SOP8 small package, which saves PCB board design space and is easy to layout.

4, GX85RS2MC working environment temperature range is -40 ℃ to 85 ℃, in line with the industrial environment applications.
