GXSC ADC Replaces AD7606 in Data Acquisition Systems

Time:2024-07-18 Views:522
In major application areas, AD7606 can be used for data acquisition of equipment sensors, such as the monitoring of voltage, current and other parameters in power systems; the acquisition of environmental indicators such as temperature, humidity and other environmental indicators in environmental monitoring; as well as the real-time acquisition of key parameters such as pressure and flow rate in industrial production processes.

The advantages of the AD7606 include high resolution and accuracy, which can accurately convert analog signals to digital signals to ensure the quality of the acquired data. Its multi-channel feature allows simultaneous acquisition of multiple signal sources, improving efficiency. Due to price and availability issues, this article introduces a GXSC ADC, which is a 100% compatible replacement for the AD7606, with GXSC providing full technical support and price advantages.
The ADC is a 16-bit synchronous sampling chip, each chip has eight acquisition channels, can fully meet the system requirements for sampling it has a flexible digital filter, 2.5V reference voltage source and high-speed parallel and serial interfaces. It is powered by a single 5V supply, eliminating the need for dual positive and negative power supplies and supporting true bipolar signal inputs. All channels can be sampled at rates up to 200kSPS. Compared to other sampling chips, the GXSC ADC has the following significant advantages:

1, each channel is built-in analog input clamping protection, analog filter, programmable gain amplifier
2, with 1MQ analog input impedance input buffer
3, operating temperature range: -40C to +85 ° C, 5V single analog supply
4, VDRIVE supply voltage: 2.3V to 5V +30V input register protection, 8KV ESD
5, 2nd order anti-alias analog filters
6, on-chip precision reference source and reference voltage source buffer
7, true bipolar analog input range: ± 10V, ± 5V
8, integrated digital filter oversampling function
9, SNR 86dB (no oversampling) 95dB (64 times oversampling)
10, QFP-64 package 12mmx12mm
