ADC GX7192 Replaces AD7192 for Environmental Monitoring

Time:2024-07-15 Views:536
In the field of environmental monitoring applications, ADC is often used to collect environment-related analog data for analysis and monitoring. For example, monitoring of air, water quality, noise, soil, etc. When monitoring air quality, ADC converts analog signals from various gas sensors into digital signals to analyze the concentration of various gases.

In order to improve the accuracy of environmental monitoring, high precision and high sampling frequency ADC is essential, GXSC low noise, low drift, high resolution 24-bit GX7192 designed for environmental monitoring, the GX7192 can be 100% compatible with the replacement of the AD7192, hardware and software do not need to be modified for direct use. The GX7192 is a 100% compatible replacement for the AD7192 and can be used without modification to hardware or software. The ADC simplifies the design of monitoring instruments by placing most of the system building blocks on-chip.
The GX7192 has a built-in programmable gain amplifier that provides a high-accuracy measurement solution for bridge sensors, thermocouples, and resistance temperature devices (RTDs). Gain steps 1/2/4/8/16/32/64/128 times are selectable, and it can operate in bipolar ±1.35V to ±2.625V analog supplies or with 2.7V to 5.25V analog supplies.

The main configuration parameters of the GX7192 are as follows:
- Programmable Gain: 1/2/4/8/16/32/64/128x selectable
- Data Rate: 47SPS to 48kSPS
- RMS noise: 15nV at 10SPS (Gain=128)
- Offset drift: 3nV/°C (Gain128)
- Gain drift: 0.5ppm/°C
- Integral nonlinearity: 3ppm
- Available in 24-pin TSSOP process package
