To meet the growing demand for real-time control of industrial systems, industrial high-speed acquisition boards require high-speed data acquisition accuracy. In high-speed digital control loops, ADCs monitor and respond to rapid changes in voltage or current in complex systems, helping to prevent costly damage to critical components in power management systems.
As the number of data-intensive tasks in industrial systems increases, systems need to prevent system failures by making quick decisions, which increases the need for faster speeds and higher accuracy. This paper focuses on a GXSC single-channel 14-bit ADC GX2245 for use in industrial high-speed acquisition boards.

When the signal is input to the acquisition board, it is amplified and low-pass filtered by the multi-channel analog receiver and then A/D converted, and finally digitally processed.GX2245 is an ADC with multi-stage differential pipeline architecture, which has a built-in high-performance sample-and-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage source, and it supports a sampling rate of 80MSPS/65MSPS/40MSPS/25MSPS/10MSPS. 10MSPS.
Designed to digitize high-frequency, wide dynamic range signals, the GXSC GX2245 is powered by a 3V analog supply, with a separate output supply capable of driving 0.5V to 3.6V logic circuits. With a 72.8dB signal-to-noise ratio and 85dB spurious-free dynamic range at 80MHz sampling, the ADC can be used for input signals well beyond Nyquist frequencies. DC specifications include ±1LSB INL (typical), ±0.25LSB DNL (typical) and no leakage codes. The GX2245 has a very low reference noise at the input of 0.96LSBRMS.
