The GX85RS2MC is configured as a 262,144 x 8-bit, non-volatile memory cell formed by ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technology, with a capacity of 2M, an operating frequency of 25MHz under the SPI interface, and support for high-speed read commands at 40MHz.
