FRAM GX85RS2MC Compatible with MB85RS2MT for Portable Data Collector

Portable data collector mainly collects temperature value humidity value, pressure value, the hardware is mainly composed of data acquisition circuit, data storage circuit LCD display circuit, communication interface circuit, power supply module and keyboard circuit. The principle of operation is that the measured pressure signal is converted to a voltage signal, and then converted to a digital signal that can be received by the microcontroller through the A/D converter circuit, the microcontroller will be collected in a timely manner to store the data into the ferroelectric memory GX85RS2MC and can be displayed on the LCD.

The GX85RS2MC is compatible with Fujitsu‘s MB85RS2MT and Cypress FM25V20A, and has the advantages of fast read/write speed (up to 1,000,000 times), long write life, and low write power consumption. With a minimum power consumption of 9 microamps and an operating voltage of 2.7 volts to 3.6 volts, it can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, which can help portable products reduce low power consumption and improve security. And its small package and battery-free storage can minimize the size of the data collector.

The GX85RS2MC is configured as a 262,144 x 8-bit, non-volatile memory cell formed by ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technology, with a capacity of 2M, an operating frequency of 25MHz under the SPI interface, and support for high-speed read commands at 40MHz.
