Single pole Hall switch AH546 for overvoltage protection of stage shaking head lights up to 40V

The application of Hall elements in stage shaking head lights mainly plays a role in controlling the turning of the shaking head lights. Hall elements can also play different functions in different places of stage shaking head lights. Guoxin Sichen AH546 is a single pole Hall switch chip designed based on BCDMOS technology, with high sensitivity. The chip is a single-chip integrated circuit. If a magnetic field perpendicular to the sensitive area is applied to the chip, bias causes the Hall voltage to be proportional to the magnetic field.

Generally, stage shaking head lights need to be stable and reliable, with excellent light efficiency, accurate positioning, good heat dissipation, and the lamp body and material structure meeting the requirements of human-machine engineering. The AH546 chip includes temperature compensation, comparator, and output driver. In any of the following fault conditions, the open drain output is forced into a safe high impedance state: overheating and undervoltage. In addition, the output current is limited (short circuit protection). The mechanical stress of AH546 has little effect on the magnetic parameters of the chip, and it is also suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, and meets the AEC-Q100 automotive electronics industry testing standards.
