24-bit, 125kSPS, 8/16-channel GX4115 for Fast Multi-Channel Precision Acquisition, Replaces AD4115

Time:2025-04-01 Views:166
There is an urgent need for fast multi-channel precision acquisition in many industrial, scientific research and medical fields. In the industrial automation production line, the need to simultaneously monitor the signals of multiple sensors in order to control the production process in real time, and the AD4115 as a powerful analog-to-digital converter for the realization of such fast multi-channel precision acquisition provides an effective solution, this paper focuses on the introduction of a homegrown analog-to-digital converter chip PIN TO PIN to replace the AD4115 used in the program.

In the need for simultaneous acquisition of multiple signals, and signal changes in the application of fast, analog-to-digital converter not only to meet the multi-channel parallel acquisition capability, but also need to meet the high-speed acquisition of dynamic signals. The GX4115‘s 8 differential or 16 single-ended input channels can be directly connected to these sensors, without additional complex multiplexing circuits, you can realize the multi-channel parallel acquisition, greatly improving the acquisition efficiency, the output rate of 125kSPS as well as 24,845SPS per channel channel scanning rate can be fast to capture the signal transient changes in a very short period of time on the current signal to carry out multiple samples of current signals in a very short period of time.
Moreover, the GX4115 provides good noise characteristics, in the 31.25kSPS conversion speed to provide close to 16bit Noise free resolution, compared to the industry competitors have nearly 1-bit enhancement, good noise, conducive to the accuracy of small signals, especially in the current acquisition applications, in order to ensure that the same 0.1% accuracy can be used to reduce the power consumption of the system by using a smaller resistance of the sampling resistor. Sampling resistors can be used to reduce the power consumption of the system under the same 0.1% accuracy. Please feel free to contact us at service_jesseli@gxschip.com
