Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is GXSC‘s key product line for continuous innovation and cultivation.4-channel 14-bit analog-to-digital converter GX9253, with built-in sample-and-hold circuitry, can achieve conversion rates of up to 110 MSps.The GX9253 is widely used in relay protection, power distribution automation, medical imaging and non-invasive ultrasound detection, test equipment, radio receivers, fiber-optic networks and other fields.
 GX9253 features :
1.GX9253 built-in 14-bit 4-channel synchronous sampling ADC, low power consumption 110mW (110MSps) per channel.
2. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) 73dB (to Nyquist frequency), 1V internal reference voltage.
3.1.8V power supply, 2VP-P input voltage range, to meet the needs of industrial, power and other complex environmental applications.
4. Output interface communication can be flexibly selected SPI or parallel port communication, using QFN48 package.
In applications such as power relay protection, the system requires synchronized sampling of voltage and current using an ADC chip to accurately analyze power and harmonics. Power measurement equipment, for example, in the input signal full swing of 1/20 or even 1/40 of the range, are required to achieve two-thousandths of an inch accuracy; and in the -40 ~ 85 ℃ under the harsh environment to meet the accuracy requirements.
