In view of the shortcomings of the traditional online monitoring system for the condition of mechanical transmission equipment, this paper introduces the use of analog-to-digital converter-based ratio measurement method for data measurement, directly installing the sensor in the position to be monitored, and sensing the strongest sensing signals caused by changes in the local area of the sensor, which greatly improves the reliability of the signals.
System through the core control device to control the orderly work of each module, recommended the use of GX7699 (compatible with AD7699) high-performance analog-to-digital converter as a data sampling device to achieve the analog signal A/D sampling; to achieve the acquisition of analog signals and conditioning, A/D conversion, data storage, wireless transmission, as well as real-time display in the host computer and other functions.

GX7699 performance advantages are introduced:
1, GX7699 is an 8-channel 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation register-type analog-to-digital converter, throughput speed of 500KSPS, in the conversion speed and sampling accuracy to achieve a better balance between the use of a single power supply.
2, the GX7699 has all the components needed for a multi-channel low-power data acquisition system, including: a lossless true 16-bit ADC; 8-channel low crosstalk multiplexer used to configure the inputs as single-ended inputs, differential inputs, unipolar or bipolar inputs.
3, GX7699 internal low temperature drift bandgap reference source (optional 2.5V or 4.096V) and buffer; temperature sensor, selectable unipolar filter; and a serializer that is very useful when multiple channels are sampled sequentially and continuously.
The GX7699 uses a simple SPI-compatible interface for writing configuration registers and reading conversion results. The digital interface uses a separate power supply and is set to logic levels. The power consumption is proportional to the sampling rate.
The GX7699 is available in a small 20-pin QFN package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, which is ideal for industrial production environments.
