FRAM GX85RS2MC core technology is ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technology to form a non-volatile storage unit, which does not require batteries to maintain data, and EEPROM comparison, GX85RS2MC has the advantages of fast read/write speed, long write life, and low write energy consumption. With an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and a minimum standby power consumption of only 9 microamps, it can instantly save data at low currents to ensure information security in the system.
