24-bit ADC GX7793 Compatible AD7793 for Industrial Tank Level Measurement

Industrial tank level measurement is done by measuring the pressure signal from the pressure sensor at the bottom of the tank, and then the analog-to-digital converter converts the analog signal output from the pressure sensor to a digital signal, and determines the level height of the liquid in the tank by the measured data. The use of high-precision analog-to-digital converters can prevent oil overflow from tanks, which contributes to the safe and stable operation of industrial production processes. This paper recommends the use of domestic analog-to-digital converter GX7793 applied to the program, GX7793 has a high resolution and low noise characteristics, can pin to pin to replace the AD7793.

GX7793 is a low-power, low-noise 24-bit ADC, its high-precision measurement capability can accurately reflect the liquid level changes, for the automated management of tanks to provide reliable data to support the realization of the tank level of accurate control and monitoring. The chip contains three differential analog inputs and integrates an on-chip low-noise instrumentation amplifier, thus allowing direct input of small signals.
The GX7793 can operate with either an internal or external clock, and the output data rate can be programmed by software to vary from 4.17Hz to 940Hz. The chip is available in a TSSOP-16 package, making it ideal for high-precision measurement applications.
