GX1302/GX1300 can replace MAX1302/MAX1300 in the servo power drive system applications

Time:2024-12-18 Views:575
Servo power drive system is an important part of the hydraulic servo controller, the part of the design should not only provide sufficient drive capacity for the servo system, but also to complete the current feedback signal, voltage feedback signal and threshold voltage real-time acquisition, conversion and display.

In addition, the servo power drive system needs to complete the acquisition and conversion of two signals at the same time. This puts forward high requirements for the speed and precision of data acquisition and the accuracy of timing control in the system. This paper recommends the use of 18-bit analog-to-digital converter GX1302/GX1300 dual-channel signal acquisition, processing solutions, the GX1302/GX1300 chip to achieve higher acquisition accuracy and speed, PIN TO PIN instead of MAX1302, MAX1300, LTC2372-16, LTC2372-18 and other imported models.
The GX1302/GX1300 is a 4-channel fully differential, 18-bit, SAR analog-to-digital converter with a single VDD power supply and all the components required for a multi-channel, low-power data acquisition system, including an 18-bit SAR ADC, low crosstalk 4-channel fully differential multiplexer, low-drift 4.096V reference and buffer, temperature sensor, selectable unipolar filters and a sequence generator for sequential continuous scan channels. The chips use an SPI interface to read and write to the configuration registers. the SPI interface is powered by a separate VIO supply.

GX1302/GX1300 Main Performance:
- SNDR: 95.3dB@1kHz
- Analog input range: VREF to VREF (VREF up to VDD)
- Serial interface, SPI, MICROWIRE, QSPI and DSP compatible
- Supply Voltage: 5V single supply; Logic Interface Voltage: 1.8V to 5V
- Power consumption: 8.3mW@500kSPS; 1.8μW@100SPS
- Standby current: 23nA
- GX1302/GX1300 in QFN-20 package
- Operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
