Wideband Transceiver Chip GX936X for Specialty Communication Devices, Compatible with AD936X

The GXSC GX936X transceiver chip has an ultra-wideband operating frequency of 30MHz-6.0GHz, which covers most of the communication frequency bands and is very suitable for special communication applications.The GX936X hardware is P2P compatible with the AD936X, and increases the 5G NR 100M support capability, which can effectively reduce the peripheral BOM cost in the application system.

GX936X Highly Integrated:
- Integrated dual transmitter and dual receiver channels;
- Integration of RX receive channels with low noise figure and high linearity;
- Integration of high linearity, wide frequency and high efficiency TX transmitter channel;
- Integrated 12bit high speed and high precision ADC/DAC;
- All VCO and loop filter devices are integrated;
- Integrated wideband, low phase noise PLL and fractional N-division frequency synthesizer;

The GX936X is reconfigurable and configurable;
- Equipped with reconfigurable, high dynamic range ADC;
- Switch to the desired standard and corresponding power consumption at will;
- Support TDD and FDD configurable. Dual-channel RX: 6 differential or 12 single-ended inputs configurable;
- RX gain maximum adjustment range: 102dB (52dB analog / 50dB digital)
- TX power maximum adjustment range: 98dB (48dB analog/50dB digital);
- Multi-device synchronization can be matched, CMOS/LVDS digital interface can be matched;
