В носимых беспроводных мониторах ЭКГ может использоваться АЦП GX7980 (AD7980)

While traditional ECG monitors usually require a recording monitor to be carried around, wireless ECG monitors are much less noisy and intrusive, reduced in size to the point where they can even be mounted on the back of the electrodes, can provide a much more accurate signal than traditional solutions, and all of the circuitry can be worn inside clothing.

Wearable ambulatory ECG monitors generally consist of electrode pads, a host computer, a battery, a charging cable, and intelligent software, with most choosing to integrate the electrode pads, host computer, and battery into one complete device. Due to the extremely small size of these monitors, which are small enough to be mounted on the back of the ECG electrodes, the signal accuracy is superior to conventional designs because of the greatly reduced noise and interference.
For ECG monitors requiring wider dynamic range and higher signal-to-noise ratios, the ADC GX7980 (AD7980) provides 16-bit resolution with a throughput speed of 1 MSPS; powered by a single power supply. the GX7980 has a built-in low-power, high-speed-sampling ADC and a versatile serial interface port.

GX7980 (AD7980) Features:
- Signal-to-noise distortion ratio: 86dB@1KHz;
- Total harmonic distortion: -100dB;
- External reference: 2.5V-5V selectable;
- Single analog power supply VDD: 2.5V.
- Logic interface power supply VIO: 1.8V
- Available in a 10-pin DFN package;
- The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C;

In summary: It can be seen that the ADC GX7980 is fully capable of providing the necessary dynamic range for wearable wireless ambulatory ECG monitors, and is able to replace ADI‘s AD7980 to meet medical standards.
