ADC GX7980 (replaces AD7980) powers vibration sensor design

Time:2024-09-13 Views:456
Vibration sensor in the test technology is one of the key components, its role is mainly to receive the mechanical quantity, and converted into a proportional amount of electricity. It is in the signal acquisition part of the need for a 16-bit, single-channel, 1MSPS conversion rate, low-power ADC. this paper recommends the use of analogue-to-digital converter GX7980, the device can replace the ADD7980 ADI (ADI).
GX7980 (alternative AD7980) in the vibration sensor application advantages:
1, GX7980 built-in a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADC and a multi-function serial interface port, to fully meet customer demand for high precision.
2, 1MSPS sampling rate when the VDD power consumption is only 1.7mA, static power consumption of about 10nA, in line with the requirements of low-power products.
3, in addition to its full range of 10-pin QFN or MSOP package, the size of only 3mm × 3mm, greatly reducing the PCB board space.
4, In summary, GXSC ADC GX7980 (replace AD7980) is very suitable for vibration sensor applications.
