In the field of high-precision precision measurement, it is often necessary to convert various physical quantities into electrical signals by means of sensors. However, these electrical signals are usually analog signals, and in order to be digitally processed, stored, and subsequently analyzed accurately, analog-to-digital converters are required to convert analog signals to digital signals.
For high-accuracy precision measurements, the resolution of the analog-to-digital converter is required to be high. High-resolution analog-to-digital converters are able to distinguish very small changes in analog signals, thus providing a more accurate digital output. For example, in some scientific experiments, industrial automation control, medical instruments and high-precision metrology equipment, various parameters need to be precisely measured and monitored, and the high-precision characteristics of analog-to-digital converters can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.

This article mainly introduces a 32-bit ultra-high resolution sigma-delta ADC GX1283/GX1284, which can be used to replace 100% ADS1283/ADS1284 for low-speed high-precision precision measurement applications, the chip has an advantage in price, the performance of the same advantage.
