AiP74HC/HCT573 8-bit D-type latch with three-state control

AiP74HC/HCT573 is an 8-bit D-type latch with a three-state output. This device has latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE).
When LE is at high level, the input data enters the latch. In this case, the latch is transparent, and every time its corresponding D input changes, the latch output changes.
When LE is at low level, the latch stores the input information of the previous establishment time of the falling edge of LE. The high level on OE causes the output to exhibit a high resistance state. The operation of OE input will not affect the status of the latch. Input built-in clamping diode. In this way, a current limiting resistor can be used to connect the input interface to a voltage exceeding Vcc.
